SM Construction was started by Saul Mendoza alongside his wife in 2015 after 20+ years in the construction industry, specializing in concrete during most of that time. The company was started in Wendover, UT with an old skid steer, pickup truck, and a dream.  Saul Jr came onboard in 2019 after completing his time in the Army. We are DBE (disadvantaged business enterprise) certified and hold multiple licenses and certifications including the NASCLA. Success was quickly found in the residential sector which allowed us to expand into the commercial side of the industry. As the years progressed our experience in a wide range of industries has not only grown but allowed us to perfect our processes. We have thrived under repeat business due to our record for quality, safety, and efficiency. Our skills have allowed us to complete projects in ID, WY, TX, LA, and all throughout the Great Basin Range. As a family-owned business, we rely heavily on our reputation for quality work done on time and on budget.
